I had the pleasure of visiting Japan most recently. Very few are Christian. What became most noticeable is that despite the masses not being Christian there stewardship is stellar.

I found less trash in Tokyo (in fact, not a single piece) in a city of over 30 million people, less than I routinely find in a single vehicle parking spot in Sevier County, the Bible Belt.

This area is one of God's masterpieces and yet we treat it with such disrespect.

If the people of Japan can keep Tokyo litter free, believers in Christ ought to be able to step up to the challenge of keeping this beautiful and blessed area spotless.

If the city manager would like to hire me I will write $10,000 fines for littering and will do so pro bono. Trashing God's East Tennessee masterpiece needs to cease.
