PIGEON FORGE — The city planning commission will consider plans Tuesday for a new senior living facility on Dollywood Lane, and a resort-style hotel on Teaster Lane.

The commission meets at 3 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month in City Hall.

This month’s agenda includes a plan for Vista View, a senior living center proposed for 507 Dollywood Lane.

That is an undeveloped lot alongside the Golf Vista condos.

Plans submitted to the city call for a 52,509-square-foot facility with 111 rooms, according to the planning department.

The commission will also review a preliminary plan for a new Holiday Inn Club Vacations, which will be located on Teaster Lane south of the Mountain Mile.

The plans call for six buildings and 304 units, according to the planning department.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations has a location in Gatlinburg, and offers resort experiences for guests.

Other items the commission will review include:

• A final plan for phase 1 of Sequoiah Terrace, featuring 15 lots on Sequoia Road;

• A final plan for Phase 2 of Heritage Hills Cabins and RV Park;

• A final plan for Fiddler’s Creek Pine Mountain Cabins Phase 2;

• A final Plan for Little Forge Resorts Buildings 1-16 on Laurel Crest Drive;

• A preliminary plan for Phase IV of the Loft.
