Phil Waldrep Ministries will be welcoming Mike and Karen Pence to their Celebrators Conference stage Wednesday night, Oct. 13.

The event will take place at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and will begin at 7 p.m.

Celebrators is a time for biblical teaching, gospel music and a celebration of our country and its veterans. We are so excited to have our former vice president and his wife with us to honor those men and women who have served, said conference founder, Phil Waldrep.

Since its beginning in 1994, Celebrators has hosted a variety of prominent guests including George and Laura Bush, Mike Huckabee, Tim Tebow and Charlie Daniels.

The county’s 43rd president George W. Bush came to Celebrators in Pigeon Forge in 2018 where he gave a non-political, patriotic address with approximately 10,000 people in attendance. That year was his fourth time at the conference.

Celebrators is a four day event beginning Monday night and ending Thursday morning. In addition to the Pences, guests include Bible teacher and preacher, Dr. David Jeremiah, motivational comedian Dennis Swanberg, conference founder and speaker Phil Waldrep and musical guests Gordon Mote, The Collingsworth Family, Charles Billingsley and the Gaither Vocal Band.

The evening will include a presentation of the flag by the Veterans Military Honor Guard of Pigeon Forge and an appearance by Challenger, the bald eagle known for flying over stadiums during the national anthem.

Phil Waldrep is the author of Stop Chasing Happy, which will be released on Tuesday during the event, and is the president and CEO of Phil Waldrep Ministries. Waldrep’s ministry is based in Decatur, Alabama and seeks to make a difference in the lives of people. This is accomplished through conferences such as Wo
