• Samantha Darlene Cross, 40, of Sevierville, was charged Oct. 25 with failure to appear. She was being held.

• Joshua Joseph O'Chel, 24, of Sevierville, was charged Oct. 25 with evading arrest, violation of probation, leaving the scene of an accident, and DUI. He was being held.

• Daniel Leonard Magnus, 59, of Dandridge, was charged Oct. 25 with driving on a revoked license. He was being held.
