• Charles Rose, 41, of Sevierville, was charged Oct. 20 with DUI and failure to stop at stop sign. He was being held.

• Tosha Mills, 43, no address provided, was charged Oct. 20 with public intoxication. She was being held.

• Kelier Amador-Nunez, 22, of Sevierville, was charged Oct. 20 with DUI, speeding, ignoring a traffic control device, and driving without a license. He was being held.
