• Gary Dale Shults, 45, of Cosby, was charged Jan. 6 with conspiracy to commit theft and facilitation of a felony. He was released on $100,000 bond.

• Sara Amanda Wilson, 30, of Andersonville, was charged Jan. 6 with violation of probation. She was released on $5,000 bond.

• Melissa Joyce Ayers, 39, of Morristown, was charged Jan. 6 with violation of pre-trial release bond conditions. She was being held.

• Sherry Marie Krappe, 38, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 6 with theft. She was released.

• Donald Edward McCorvey, 32, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, was charged Jan. 6 with vandalism. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

• Amy Pauline Pursley, 47, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 6 with failure to appear. She was being held.

• Clyde Lawrence Conley, 43, of Louisville, was charged Jan. 6 with felony conspiracy. He was being held.

• Christopher Alen Flenniken, 28, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 6 possession of meth. He was released.

• Carson David Harmon, 36, of Seymour, was charged Jan. 6 with unlawful possession of a weapon, carrying a weapon while under the influence, simple possession, reckless driving, a second count of DUI, and implied consent. He was being held.

• Joshua Starling Wilkerson, 37, of Knoxville, was charge Jan. 6 with simple possession and driving without a license. He was released.

• Mallory Dawn George, 24, of Trinity, North Carolina, was charged Jan. 7 with DUI. She was being held.

• Megan Marie Klein, 35, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 7 with DUI. She was being held.

• Suzanne Nicole Maxwell, 39, of Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 7 with theft of a vehicle worth $1,000 to $10,000. She was being held.

• Robert Newton Perry, 39, of Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 7 with theft of a vehicle worth $1,000 to $10,000 and driving on a revoked license. He was being held.
