• Regina Ryan, 58, no address provided, was charged Jan. 25 with public intoxication. She was released.
• Allen Hall, 40, of Caryville, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of probation and failure to appear. He was being held.
• Sandra Gail Miller, 48, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 25 with two counts of writing worthless checks worth $1,000 to $10,000. She was released.
• Jordan Bryant Jones, 28, of Cosby, was charged Jan. 25 with unlawful possession of a weapon, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of meth. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
• Samantha Darlene Cross, 40, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of pre-trial release bond conditions. She was being held.
• Darwin Ariel Castillo Ramirez, 22, of Kodak, was charged Jan. 25 with DUI. He was being held.
• Cassandra Danielle Hurst, 29, of Morristown, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of probation. She was released.
• Scott Edward Everhart II, 26, of Rockford, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of probation, reckless driving, and driving on a revoked license. He was being held.
• Kerry James Strickland, 50, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 25 with possession of meth and driving on a revoked license. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.
