Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports gathered from the Sevier County Jail. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Names may be similar to other members of the community.
• Tami Lynn Barner, 42, of Greenville, was charged Jan. 14 with shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest, simple possession, possession of shoplifting tools, tampering with evidence, and open container. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
• Brianna Alexandra Cain, 23, of 3464 Bryan Road in Kodak, was charged Jan. 14 with violation of probation. She was being held.
• Robert Fasano, 34, of 715 Hatcher Circle in Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 14 with leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a revoked license. He was released.
• Kayla M. Green, 29, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 14 with possession of meth for resale and aggravated trespassing. She was being held.
• Ashley Nacolle Hanicq, 26, of Toledo, Ohio, was charged Jan. 14 on a criminal summons. She was released.
• Jones Quincey Johnson, 19, of Greenwood, South Carolina, was charged Jan. 14 with theft and driving without a license. He was released.
• William I. Jones, 21, of Watuaga, Tennessee, was charged Jan. 14 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple possession of schedule VI drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released.
• Cory Richard Rudder, 31, of 611 Horse Shoe Lane in Seymour, was charged Jan. 14 with reckless endangerment, attempted aggravated assault, evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, disregarding a stop sign, overtaking a vehicle on the left, failure to exercise due care, disregarding a red light, and driving on roadways laned for traffic. He was being held.
• Jameel Steele, 29, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 14 with driving on a suspended license, resale of Amoxicillin, resale of Ibuprofen, window tint, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, resale of meth, and resale of schedule VI drugs. He was released on $7,500 bond.
• Christopher Jordan Stuart, 44, no address provided, of Sevierville, was charged Jan. 14 with violation of probation. He was being held.
