• David Lee Atkins, 45, of McCarr, Kentucky, was charged April 17 with unlawful possession of a firearm, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated domestic assault, violation of an order of protection, and possession of a firearm during a felony. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

• David Gerald Bales, 41, of 1913 SB Ogle Lane in Sevierville, was charged April 17 with violation of probation. He was being held.

• Joseph Robin Benes, 26, of Troutville, Virginia, was charged April 17 with public intoxication and vandalism. He was released.

• Justin Michael Bland, 25, of Toccoa, Georgia, was charged April 17 with failure to sign citation and disorderly conduct. He was released.

• Mike Boyd, 53, of 168 Bass Pro Drive in Kodak, was charged April 18 with domestic assault. He was released on $3,500 bond.

• Hailey Marie Cellars, 20, of Clayton, Georgia, was charged April 18 with underage consumption and indecent exposure. She was released.

• McKayla Brooke Collins, 20, of Bristol, Virginia, was charged April 18 with public intoxication and resisting arrest. She was released on $1,000 bond..

• Shawn Austin Collins, 21, of Bristol, Virginia, was charged April 18 with resisting arrest, DUI, evading arrest, and simple possession. He was released on $1,500 bond.

• Michael Ray Crockett, 46, of Palmara, Tennessee, was charged April 18 with possession of meth and possession of Schedule III drugs. He was released.

• Ahliyah Davis, 25, of Maryville, was charged April 17 with resisting arrest, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. She was released on $15,000 bond.

• Bryson Dearmond, 18, of Knoxville, was charged April 17 with transport of alcohol by a person under 21. He was released.

• Andrew Tillman Gibson, 35, of 304 Happy Hollow Lane in Sevierville, was charged April 18 with conspiracy to sell drugs. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

• Dionna Griner, 52, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, was charged April 18 with being a fugitive from justice. She was being held in lieu of $500,000 bond.

• Brooke Guess, 39, of Dixon, Tennessee, was charged April 18 with driving in an unregistered vehicle, violation of ignition interlock device, driving on a suspended license, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of meth, and a fourth count of DUI. She was being held.

• Austin Haggard, 21, of 1910 Pine Ridge Road in Seymour, was charged April 17 with DUI and lights required on motor vehicle. He was released.

• Andrew Gerard Hillard, 33, of Strawberry Plains, was charged April 17 with domestic assault. He was released on $1,500 bond.
