In this cause, it appearing from the Order of Publication, that the Defendant's residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiryand it was ordered that publication be made made for four (4) successive weeks in THE MOUNTAIN PRESS, a newspaper located in Sevier County, Sevierville, Tennessee, to notify Defendant, GLEN ALBERT BURRI , to file an Answer with this court and send a copy to Plintiff's Attorney, LaFevor & Slaughter, at the address of 900 S. Gay Street, Suite 1704, Knoxville, Tennessee 37902, within thirty (30) days from the last date of publication, exclusive of the last date of publication, or a judgement by default may be entered against Defendant.
