SEVIERVILLE — Shannon Olinger claimed the October Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Friendship Award in appreciation of her outstanding support for Chamber events and activities. Olinger is an agent and office manager at Scott Olinger Farmers Insurance Agency.
“Shannon makes a great effort to attend as many Chamber networking events as she can, and we are so thankful for her involvement. She’s also very giving of her time to volunteer for our special events,” said membership director Holly Jones.
“Shannon is an active and generous member who understands how meaningful a ribbon cutting is to a new business owner, and we appreciate how she supports her fellow members.”
As thanks for her dedication, Olinger received a gift card for $100, courtesy of Tanger Outlets, as well as a plaque courtesy of Sign Master.
“I love being a part of the Chamber and what they do for local businesses,” say Olinger. “It’s important to support one another’s business. I find it a privilege to support someone in any way I can.”
Sevierville Chamber of Commerce Friendship Awards are presented monthly. Recipients are considered for the Chamber Friend of the Year Award.
