Citizens National Bank (CNB) made a $500 donation to Walters State Community College Culinary Department for preparing a delicious lunch for their employees.

CNB held an employee appreciation lunch on St Patrick’s Day, Wednesday, March 17. The students of WSCC prepared an Irish feast including corned beef and cabbage, shepherd’s pie, Irish potato soup and Irish soda bread.

“We wanted to do something special for our employees to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication,” said David C. Verble, CEO of CNB. “We appreciate the students and staff at WSCC Culinary Department and are happy to support their program with a donation.”
