SEVIERVILLE — Citizens National Bank recently announced several management promotions.

Lois Ownby has been promoted to senior vice president and mortgage loan officer. Lois has been with CNB for 44 years. A lifelong resident of Sevier County, Lois resides in Sevierville.

Melissa Moon has been named vice president and branch administrator. Moon began her career at CNB 15 years ago. She is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking and a 2017 graduate of Leadership Sevier. She serves as board member and treasurer of SafeSpace and is a member of United Way Allocations Committee.

Chrissy Cowan has been named vice president and centralized loans processing manager. Cowan began her career at CNB 20 years ago. She attended Walter State Community College and is a lifelong resident of Sevier County.

Amy Ray has been promoted to vice president and compliance/BSA officer. Amy has 21 years of banking experience and is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Tomorrow. She earned her certifications for Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Professional (CBAP).

Rebekah Moore has been promoted to vice president and director of credit administration. Moore has 16 years of banking experience. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from Gardner-Webb University and received her BAI certificate in Loan Review. She is a lifelong resident of Sevier County and a member of First Baptist Church in Sevierville.

Selena Farragut has been named vice president and human resources director. Selena has 17 years of banking experience. She earned her certifications for Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Selena resides in Sevierville and is a member of Pathways Church.

Jennifer DeFOE has been named assistant vice president and executive and Board Assistant. DeFOE began her career at CNB 5 years ago and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from King University. She serves on Alzheimer’s Tennessee Smoky Mountain Walk planning committee.

Jennifer Heinrich has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager. Heinrich started her career at CNB 19 years ago and resides in Gatlinburg.

Chase Houston has been named assistant vice president and loan officer. Houston has nine years of experience in the finance industry. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Consumer Lending.

Cynthia Parton has been named banking officer and loan review officer. Parton has been at CNB for five years. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
