Second murder suspect arrested; bond set at $1 milliion

Theodore Ratliff of Knoxville is the second man charged with murder in the Friday death of Mary Jo MIller.
Sevier County detectives and TBI agents along with Knoxville police took Theodore Ratliff, 52 of Knoxville into custody without incident on Tuesday at the same location where Steven Weaver was found on Dahlia Avenue in Knoxville.
Ratliff, like Weaver, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the slaying and is in Sevier County Jail under a $1 million bond.
