Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Danny Joe Adams, 44, of 4354 Bruce Ogle Way, Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 10 with driving on a revoked license and was released.

Jaime Ramon Avila, 30, of 144 Panther Creek Road, Sevierville, was charged Feb. 10 with driving on a suspended license and was released.

George Michael Bates, 58, of 570 Esslinger Drive, Gatlinburg, was charged Feb. 11 with public intoxication and was being held.

Sherman Jeffery Condrey, 22, of 1784-4 Myers Road, Sevierville, was charged Feb. 10 with violation of probation and was released.

James R. Evans, 26, of Jetersville, Va., was being held as a fugitive from justice.

Ronald Keith McMahan, 25, of 4118 Birdscreek Road, Sevierville, was charged Feb. 10 with bringing contraband into the jail and aggravated domestic assault and was being held.

Gary Michael Newcomb, 51, of 345 Sky Valley Circle, Seymour, was charged Feb. 11 with domestic violence assault and was being held.

Jennifer Lynn Newcomb, 32, of 345 Sky Valley Circle, Seymour, was charged Feb. 11 with domestic violence assault and was being held.

Kurt Eric Rothgeb, 41, of 233 Prince St., Sevierville, was charged Feb. 10 with aggravated domestic assault and was released.

Tony Alvin Sellars, 36, of 2769 Manning Hollow, Sevierville, was being held for violation of community corrections.

Mark Brian Stewart, 55, of 845 Union Hill Drive Apt. 305, Sevierville, was charged Feb. 11 with domesgic violence assault and was being held.

Brian Lyn Umphrey, 34, of Rockwood was charged Feb. 10 qwith first degree murder and was being held on $1 million bond.

Jesse Eli Walden, 20, of 449 Water Oak Drive, Seymour, was charged Feb. 10 with burglary, forgery theft of credit card and forgery and was being held on $20,00 bond.
