    Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

    Michael W. Arias, 37, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 5 with a third offense DUI and driving while license revoked. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

    Chrystal Dee Borchert, 26, of 685 Red Bud Lane in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with general theft. She was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

    Billyray Lamar Buster, 19, of Rutledge, was charged Feb. 5 with violation of a General Sessions Court probation. He was released on $1,000 bond.

    Lashaunda Yvette Chesney, 32, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 5 with a felony warrant from General Sessions Court. She was released.

    Brent Jordan Clapper, 22, of 430 Pioneer Ridge Way in Seymour, was charged Feb. 6 with domestic violence assault. Phyllis Anita Clark, 51, of 1111 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with forgery, theft of property and driving on a suspended license. She was released on $20,000 bond.

    Karen Ann Cochran, 38, of 2490 Douglas Dam Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with leaving the scene of an accident, driving while license revoked and violation of the financial responsibility law. She was released on $3,500 bond.

    Ernest L. Garcia, 55, of 849 McCampbell Way in Kodak, was charged Feb. 5 with violation of a valid court order. He was released on $2,000 bond.

    Clark Gaylord Howell, 46, of 540 Leo Sharp Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

    Larry James Hurst, 37, of 1005 Linn Creek Drive Lot 143 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with passing worthless checks and violation of a General Sessions Court probation. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

    Fred Daniel Ledford, 30, of 984 Goose Gap Road Lot 2 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with a warrant from Juvenile Court. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

    Baron Anthony Lovely, 26, of 302 Henderson Avenue #26 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

    Robert Newton Perry, 27, of 3225 Cotter Way #1 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with violation of a community corrections sentence. He was being held.

    Dexter Cruise Porter, 19, of Morton, Miss., was charged Feb. 5 with general theft. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

    u Rodney Edsol Powell, 56, of Celena, Ala., was charged Feb. 6 with aggravated assault and resisting arrest. He was being held.

    Mark Alexander Speratos, 24, of Fletcher, N.C., was charged Feb. 6 with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule VI drugs and driving on a suspended license. He was released on $3,500 bond.

    Danyelle Sutton, 24, of 1210 Pin Oak Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with three counts of burglary. She was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

    Tausha Leigh Tarwater, 22, of 729 River Divide Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 6 with burglary and domestic violence assault. She was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

    Christine Maples Tate, 49, of 315 Club Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 5 with violation of a General Sessions Court probation. She was released on $1,500 bond.

    Antonio Tenorio, 20, of 801 West Main Street Apt. 17 in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 6 with driving without a license, violation of the financial responsibility law and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held in lieu of $u Lori Lynn Walker, 29, of 4811 Townsend Drive in Gatlinburg, was charged Feb. 6 with theft over $10,000. She was being held.
