Letter: Our Smokies Our Future to affect property rights

Does the following credible extract sound like Our Smokies Our Future?

“Changing unsustainable behaviors can begin through visioning and planning projects. ... Proposals should demonstrate ... a sufficient consensus in the community {leading to} plan implementation ... after the visioning/planning effort.”

This quotation from the Aug. 24, 1998, Federal Register entry, page 45158, describes not only what took place from April through November here in Sevier County, led by visioning facilitator Gianni Longo; but it describes identical visioning sessions that took place in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Oak Ridge, Signal Mountain, Franklin, Nashville, Hamilton County, Shelby County, and other Tennessee jurisdictions.

The previous Federal Register page, No. 45157, unarguably connects this EPA-approved/directed OSOF visioning process to “The Sustainable Development Grant Program ... a step in implementing ‘Agenda 21, the Global Plan of Action on Sustainable Development’.”

Simple: the United Nations wrote the Agenda 21 Plan; the United States (EPA, among other agencies) is implementing it, via Clinton Executive Order 12852; and Our Smokies Our Future’s visioning/planning project is in the process of proposing that this socialist, property-rights/due-process-violating plan be adopted in Sevier County.

Property rights violations begin as the 60-plus-page Housing and Urban Development mandates are implemented. Due-process violations begin when the EPA or the newly-installed environmental police enforce will-he nill-he king-like decrees so as to assume your guilt rather than to prove it. Guilty till you prove your innocence. American justice upside down.
