Horace 'Frank' Ham, Jr.

Horace “Frank” Ham, Jr., age 67 of Kodak, formerly of South Georgia, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville where he was a part of the Friday Men’s Prayer Group, served as a prayer room intercessor and volunteered for the Helping Hands ministry. He was retired from the United States Navy, and was Past Commander of American Legion Post #104. Mr. Ham was a retired real estate agent and member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors.

He was preceded in death by his father, Horace F. Ham, Sr. and mother, Loarena Batchlor.

Survivors: wife, Helen Black; sister, Harriett Adams; sister-in-law, Eileen Fluehr; brother-in-law, Joseph J. Glennon; special niece, Dana Morrissey; special friend, Jack Lambert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Helping hands Ministry of First Baptist Church, Sevierville, 317 Parkway, Sevierville, Tennessee 37862

The family will receive friends 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday with memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Sevierville with Rev. Craig Mintz, Rev,. Scott Andrews, and Rev. Dan Spencer officiating. Following the service, Mr. Ham will be given full military honors by American Legion Post #104. Arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
