The "Crafty Ladies" of Holy Family Catholic Church held their biannual yard spring bazaar, yard and bake sale over the weekend.

The church plans to use the money to pay help pay for an addition to the building that was added to the facility three years ago, said Donna Eden, a member of the parish and one of 18 who make up the Crafty Ladies.

A variety of treats were available, including cookies, pastries and brownies. Crafted items included everything from scarves and necklaces to home decor.

"We meet every Tuesday, and we never stop talking about what we're doing. We've already been discussing what we'll do in the fall," she said. "We're pretty active most of the time.

Parishioners organize items and accept donations for the yard sale the last Saturday of every month. "We usually do pretty well," said Sami Blanton. "We're constantly turning over new items."
