Woman dies in Highway 321 accident
A Cosby resident died Thursday when she apparently lost control of her truck on Highway 321.
Wanda K. Cuellar, 45, of Cosby, was driving north at about 6:30 a.m. when her truck went off the right side of the road, according to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
When she tried to steer back onto the highway, the truck started to roll onto its top. It struck a second car before landing on its wheels, but Cuellar was thrown from the car.
Cuellar died from injuries sustained in the wreck.
The impact forced the second car off the road and the driver, Susan Cynthia Jane Worthington, 28, of Sylva, N.C., was injured in the collision, according to the report.
