Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

u Regina Marie Ashley, 38, of Marion, Va. was charged May 24 with theft of property and was released on $500 bond.

u Miguel Barelia, 23, of 3029 Jess Wilson Road No. 21, Pigeon Forge, was charged May 24 with DUI and implied consent and was being held on $3,000 bond.

u Eric Lynn Bentrum, 44, of 117 Pewter Way, Seymour, was charged May 24 with domestic assault, violation of order to grant bail and joyriding and was being held on $1,500 bond.

u Sammy Ray Cardwell, 29, of Knoxville was charged May 24 with worthless check and was released on $1,000 bond.

u Shirley Ellen Davis, 38, of 537 Dry Hollow Road, Knoxville, was charged May 24 with three counts of possession of schedule II drugs, introduction of contraband into a penal facility and general theft and was released on $20,000 bond.

u Camille Rose Goodshot, 31, of 903 Donald Drive, Seymour, was charged May 24 with DUI and implied consent and was being held on $1,500 bond.

u Bryan Gutierrez, 27, of 3029 Jess Wilson Road, Pigeon Forge, was charged May 24 with DUI by consent and was being held on $2,500 bond.

u Richie Allen Lane, 27, of Newport was charged May 24 with theft over $1,000, theft under $500 and was being held without bond.

u Nicholas Lay, 26, of 214 Delta Way, Sevierville, was charged May 24 with revoked license and leaving the scene and was released on $3,000 bond.

u Jesse Lewis, 33, of 1409 Providence Road, Sevierville, was charged May 25 with DUI and implied consent and was being held on $2,500 bond.

u Michael Keith Lowe, 47, of 1929 Blackberry Way, Sevierville, was charged May 24 with violation of probation, theft and harassment and was being held without bond.

u Christopher Lee Malin, 23, of 3313 Boyds Creek Highway, Sevierville, was charged May 25 with second DUI and was being held without bond.

u Brandon Tyrone McSwain, 28, of 170 Manning Ridge Road No. 5, Sevierville, was being held for Cocke County authorities.

u Earl Lee Midgette III, 38, of 712 Meadowview Drive, Sevierville, was charged May 24 with schedule III drugs and schedule IV drugs for sale/delivery and was released on $10,000 bond.

u Patricia Aileen Moates, 36, of 814 Burden Hill, Sevierville, was charged May 24 with sale/delivery of schedule IV drugs and schedule II drugs, violation of probation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was being held without bond.

u Kayla Murphy, 19, of New Market was charged May 25 with DUI by consent and was being held on $500 bond.

u James John Roe, 25, of  426 Ski Mountain Road, Gatlinburg, was being held for Knox County authorities.

u Dagoberto Romero, 47, of 307 McMahan Ave. No. 44, Sevierville, was charged May 24 with revoked license and was released on $1,500 bond.

u Michael Shawn Shofner, 41, of 870 Ailey Church lane, Sevierville, was charged May 25 with DUI and was being held on $2,500 bond.

u Cathy Surgey, 66, of 275 Kandy Way Lane, Sevierville, was charged May 24 with theft over $500 and criminal trespass and was released on $2,500 bond.

u Crystal Michelle Suttles, 31, of 2080 Ogle Drive Road in Gatlinburg, was charged May 21 with child neglect and possession of a schedule II substance. She was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

u Clauton Cleo Sutton, 55, of 826 cashmere Way, Gatlinburg, was charged May 24 with aggravated statutory rape and was being held on $100,000 bond.

u Kevin Leon Tatum, 45, of Moundville, Ala. was charged May 23 with domestic violence and was being held without bond.

u Shane David Tegtmeier, 25, of 120 E. Loop Road in Sevierville, was charged May 21 with aggravated robbery, theft of $1,000 to $10,000, failure to appear, theft over $500 and violation of probation. He was being held.

u Darius Watchorn, 20, of 924 LeConte View Way in Kodak, was charged May 22 with possession of schedule II substance with intent to sell. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.
