A trio of people who hatched and executed a plan to rob a small stakes poker game at a local apartment are now facing felony charges.

Chasidy Annabelle Phillips, 20, of 125 W. Paine St. in Sevierville, was charged with felony criminal conspiracy.
Police Chief Jack Baldwin said the three of them allegedly went to an apartment in the Willowview Apartment complex, where they robbed the players at gunpoint Thursday night.
“(The victims) were playing cards and a man kicked the door open pointed a gun at them and ordered them on the floor, and he took a man’s wallet and what few dollars were on the table where they were playing poker,” Baldwin said.
The three were arrested over the weekend.
Williams and Hays were being held Monday at the Sevier County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond; Phillips was being held in leu of $40,000 bond.
