Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

u Jerry Ray Cooper, 46, of 1345 Avenue D, Sevierville, was being held on a warrant for aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism.

u Andrena Lynn Cox, 35, of 2929 Cathey Drive, Kodak, was charged June 14 with possession with intent to sell. She was being held on a $2,500 bond.

u Brandon Duane Grade, 34, of 2890 Sequoia Road Apt. 6, Pigeon Forge, was charged June 15 with domestic assault. He was being held on a $1,500 bond.

u Marcus Green, 20, of 3276 Nuns Cove Road, Sevierville, was charged June 14 with forgery. He was released on a $2,000 bond.

u David C. Isbell, 32, of 1220 Payne School Drive, Sevierville, was charged June 14 with aggravated domestic assault. He was being held on a $5,000 bond.

u Thomas Harley Jordan, 47, of 2291 Old Newport Highway, Seymour, was charged June 14 with violation of probation. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

u Felipe Mendez Landero, 64, of Morristown, was charged June 15 with driving without a license, a red-light violation and violation of the financial responsibility law. He was being held on $2,500 bond.

u Ernest Dewayne McMahan, 26, of 3973 Wilhite Road, Sevierville, was charged June 15 with burglary. He was being held.

Wendy Marie Merwin, 31, of 546 Sugar Hollow Road Lot 2, Sevierville was charged June 14 with theft. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

u Mytchel Lee Neil, 22, of 725 Ridge Road, Sevierville, was charged June 14 with sale/delivery of a schedule VI drug, possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule VI drug and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony. He was being held on a $90,000 bond.

u Gabriel Torres Rojas, 29, of Newport, was charged June 15 with DUI (2nd offense) and driving on a revoked license. He was being held.

u Malinda L. Smith, 37, of Newport, was charged June 14 with possession of marijuana, violation of the implied consent law, DUI, driving on a revoked license and speeding. She was being held on a $3,500 bond.

u Christopher Duane Stuffle, 28, of Knoxville, was charged June 14 with forgery and violation of a pre-trial bond. He was being held.

u Donald Watkins, 54, of Saginaw, Michigan, was charged June 14 with sale/delivery of a schedule II drug in a daycare zone. He was being held on a $30,000 bond.
