Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Shelly Renee Banks, 36, of Portland, Tenn., was charged July 2 with theft under $500. She was released.

Micah Garrison Binkley, 20, of 818 Walker Ave. in Seymour, was charged July 2 with falsification of the results of a drug screen and violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Hank Junior Branam, 45, of 2613 C.P. Howard Ave. in Sevierville, was charged July 2 with failure to report an accident, accident with injury, failure to render aid, failure to yield right-of-way and financial responsibility law.

Misty Dawn Childers, 37, of 189 S. Flat Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged July 2 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Nikki Lashea Cruze, 28, no address given, was charged July 3 with violation of probation and a warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

Kenna DeBorde, 30, of Maryville, was charged July 2 with burglary. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Lori Ann Duncan, 34, of Knoxville, was charged July 3 with possession of a schedule VI substance for resale, seatbelt law and violation of registration law. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Jody Wayne Gibson, 40, of 1035 Oakville Lane in Sevierville, was charged July 3 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Monica Leigh Holmes, 45, of Giblertown, Ala., was charged July 3 with prescription fraud. She was being held.

Ian Ledford, 25, of 3764 Tolliver Way in Kodak, was charged July 2 with domestic assault, second count of DUI, driving on a revoked, aggravated assault and violation of implied consent law. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Ronald Dale Mathis, 46, of Clyde, N.C., was charged July 2 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Billie Joe McFalls, 43, of 1438 Hill Top Way in Sevierville, was charged July 2 with driving on a revoked license. He was released on $650 bond.

Jackie Eric Ogle, 32, of 413 Ledo Road in Sevierville, was charged July 3 with obtaining of legend drugs and driving while revoked. He was being held.

Sean Paul Omary, 39, of Knoxville, was charged July 2 with driving on a revoked license. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Michael Wayne Pippin, 27, of 2820 Holly Drive in Sevierville, was charged July 2 with two warrants from general sessions court. He was being held.

Curestin Renfroe, 20, of 1267 N. Creek Lane in Sevierville ,was charged July 2 with violation of probation. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Joseph Edward Sauers, 32, of Knoxville, was charged July 2 with public intoxication. He was released on $500 bond.

Kenneth Brandon Suttles, 27, of 845 Union Hill Drive in Sevierville, was charged July 2 with public intoxication. He was released.

Marissa Renee Sutton, 25, of 1010 Indian Gap Road in Sevierville, was charged June 27 with domestic assault. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Andrew Michael Swanson, 23, of 806 Kings Hill Blvd. in Pigeon Forge, was charged June 28 with evading arrest. He was released.

Shiala Marie Tippins, 34, of 315 Edgewater Drive in Sevierville, was charged July 2 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Bradley W. Tomlinson, 21, of 2817 Holly Drive in Sevierville, was charged June 28 with DUI. He was released.

Daryl Michael Trabucco, 21, of 2806 Suncrest Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged July 2 with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and theft under $500. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Maryna Tymoshkova, 18, of 314 Pine Mountain Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged July 2 with shoplifting. She was being held.

Timothy Clyde Vance, 44, of Pigeon Forge, was charged June 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of handgun while intoxicated, DUI and violation of implied consent law. He was released on $1,000 bond.
