Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Geraldo Alvera, 34, of 1516 Dixon Branch in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 1 with driving without a license. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Osman O. Burgos, 35, of 1141 Lee Caldwell Circle in Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 31 with DUI and driving on a suspended license. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Troy Aumont Cockrell, 35, of 869 Mockingbird Road in Seymour, was charged Feb. 1 with DUI. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Johnny Ryan Fleming, 24, of 1417 Little Cove Church Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 2 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Britanny Amber Harris, 26, of 3113 Barkley Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 2 with worthless checks. She was being held.

Larry E. Haynes, 31, of Talbot, Tenn., was charged Jan. 31 with felony theft and forgery. He was released on $20,000 bond.

Sue Denise Heffley, 55, of 221 Newman Road Apt. 2 in Gatlinburg, was charged Feb. 2 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Amber Leigh Hill, 24, of 1728 Crown View Way in New Market, was charged Feb. 1 with a warrant from Knox County. She was released.

Adam Mason Hood, 33, of 3907 Valley View Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 2 with theft over $500. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Daniel Lee Lawson, 20, of 686 Hawk Hollow in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 1 with DUI, implied consent, simple possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Tyler Joe Little, 20, of 3873 Settlers Trail in Kodak, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of stolen property, financial responsibility law, possession of a schedule VI substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Charles Kenneth Luck, 47, of 2802 Holly Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 1 with violation of probation and theft of property worth $1,000 to $10,000.

Kara D. Lundy, 18, of 249 White Oak Ave. in Newport, was charged Feb. 2 with possession of stolen property, possession of a schedule VI substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a legend drug. She was being held.

Kaice Leigh McCostlin, 29, of 457 W. Mill Creek Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Feb. 2 with theft. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Leonard Mendoza-Caballero, 37, of 206 Alexandra St. in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 1 with driving without a license. He was released on $500 bond.

Elizabeth Moore, 44, of 2141 Sockless Road in Dandridge, was charged Feb. 1 with a charge from Knox County. She was released.

Marinda Marie Roach, 24, of 924 Eslinger Court in Kodak, was charged Feb. 1 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Shawna Sandord, 19, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 2 with underage consumption of alcohol. She was released on $500 bond.

Terry Lama Smith, 52, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 1 with driving on a revoked license. He was released.

J.W. Stinnett, 55, of Friendsville, Tenn., was charged Feb. 1 with DUI, open container, speeding and failure to provide insurance. He was released on $500 bond.
