Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jackie Charles Arwood Jr., 34, of 12707 Chapman Highway in Seymour, was charged Jan. 26 with driving on a revoked license. He was released on $500 bond.

Jacob Blalock, 21, of New Market, was charged Jan. 25 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

Deidre Barden, 27, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 25 with driving on a revoked license. She was released on $500 bond.

Dan Lewis Covington, 48, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 26 with theft over $1,000. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Dennis Lee Davis, 33, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 25 with violation of order of protection and aggravated burglary. He was being held.

Robert Earl Durbin, 43, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 27 with possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools and possession of stolen merchandise. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

William James Elkins, 43, of 407 Arthur Douglas Way in Kodak, was charged Jan. 26 with two counts of violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Brittany Nichol Ellis, 19, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 26 with underage consumption of alcohol. She was released on $500 bond.

Keith Michael Flannery, 45, of 135 Moneymaker Circle in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 26 with domestic assault. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Laurie Marie Fox, 34, of 738 Ellis Ogle Drive in Gatlinburg, wa charged Jan. 26 with domestic assault. She was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Brandon D. Ishii, 29, of 2811 Villa Court in Dandrige, was charged Jan. 24 with simple possession. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Santos Emilio Lopez, 25, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 25 with DUI, driving without a license, financial responsibility, violation of implied consent and following too close. He was being held in lieu of $4,200 bond.

Tyler Ryne Morgan, 26, of 103 Brannon Hollow Lane in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 27 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Dean Allen Newell, 48, of 1865 Allenview Acres Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 24 with a sixth count of DUI, violation of implied consent, driving on a revoked license and financial responsibility law. He was being held.

Lori Ann Newell, 50, of 543 Allensville Acres Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 25 with public intoxication. She was released on $500 bond.

Joshua Loy Ownby, 25, of 920 Boardly Hills Blvd. in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 26 with DUI. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Matthew DeWayne Patterson, 20, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 26 with underage consumption of alcohol. He was released on $500 bond.

Joseph Kyle Proffitt, 20, of 3640 Farmland Way, Kodak was charged Jan. 24 on a warrant. He was being held.

Elver Rameriz, 22, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 25 with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Justin Sanford, 23, of #28 Skyview Motel, Gatlinburg was charged Jan. 24 with criminal attempt over $1,000, vandalism between $1,000 and $10,000 and manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of Schedule VI drug. He was being held on $5,000 bond.

Ronnie Lee Shelton, 41, of Greeneville was charged Jan. 25 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of scheduled narcotic with intent to resell, possession of 23.9 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, received possession of a stolen firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and an attachment order from Chancery Court in Greene County. He was being held.

Adam Lee Strange, 32, of 138 Villa Court in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 26 with theft and two counts of fraud. He was being held.

Justin Joe Tarbett, 26, of 422 Bush Hollow Way in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 25 with a warrant from general sessions court and aggravated burglary. He was being held.

Marcos Torres, 26, of 1209 JL Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 26 with public intoxication. He was released.

Amber Nicole Trenholm, 22, of 2219 Green Acres Circle in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 24 with DUI, open container and speeding. She was released on $500 bond.

Brian Keith Trentham, 34, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 24 with DUI. He was released.

David Louis-Mauz Way, 23, of 147 L R Reagan Way in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 27 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Cahd Whitson, 39, of Mosheim, Tenn., was charged Jan. 24 with habitual motor vehicle offender, driving while revoked and obedience to traffic control. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 b0nd.

Elizabeth Ann Whitson, 37, of Afton was charged Jan. 24 with possession of a legend drug. She was being held on $1,000 bond.

Ronald Weilderson, 44, of 115 Golden Rod Drive in Seymour, was charged Jan. 24 with possession of a schedule IV substance and possession of a schedule II substance. He was released on $50,000 bond.
