Arrest report for Jan. 26

Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

 James Thomas Bullen, 35, of 3123 Mutton Hollow Road, Kodak was charged Jan. 24 with improper disposal of sewage. He was released.

 John David Coy, 24, of 5575 Henry Town Road, Sevierville was charged Jan. 24 with DUI. He was being held on $1,500 bond.

Jennifer Cheryl Diaz, 32, of 852 Montewood Circle, Pigeon Forge was taken in Jan. 24 on bond revocation. She was being held.

 Brandon D. Ishii, 29, of Dandridge was charged Jan. 24 with simple possession. He was released on $1,000 bond.

 Robert J. Martinson, 56, of 509 Adams Road, Gatlinburg was charged Jan. 24 with DUI, violation of implied consent and violation of registration law. He was released on $1,500 bond.

 Dean Allen Newell, 48, of 1855 Alenview Acres Road, Sevierville was charged Jan. 24 with DUI, violation of implied consent, driving on a revoked license and violation of financial responsibility law. He was being held. 

 Krista Faye Owens, 34, of Skyview Motel #28, Gatlinburg was charged Jan. 24 with vandalism between $1,000 and $10,000 and criminal attempt. She was being held on $3,500 bond.

 Lisa M. Peek, 45, of Livingston was charged Jan. 24 with simple possession, criminal impersonation and driving on a revoked license. She was being held on $10,000 bond.

 Joseph Kyle Proffitt, 20, of 3640 Farmland Way, Kodak was charged Jan. 24 on a warrant. He was being held.

 Justin Sanford, 23, of #28 Skyview Motel, Gatlinburg was charged Jan. 24 with criminal attempt over $1,000, vandalism between $1,000 and $10,000 and manufacturing, delivery, sale or possession of Schedule VI drug. He was being held on $5,000 bond.

 Ronnie Lee Shelton, 41, of Greeneville was charged Jan. 25 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of scheduled narcotic with intent to resell, possession of 23.9 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, received possession of a stolen firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and an attachment order from Chancery Court in Greene County. He was being held.

 Chad Whitson, 39, of Mosheim was charged Jan. 24 as a habitual motor vehicle offender, driving on a revoked license and obedience to traffic control. He was being held on $3,500 bond.

 Elizabeth Ann Whitson, 37, of Afton was charged Jan. 24 with possession of a legend drug. She was being held on $1,000 bond.

 Ronald Wilkerson, 44, of 115 Golden Rod Drive, Seymour was charged Jan. 24 on two counts of a sealed presentment. He was released.
