Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jacob Edward Barnard, 32, of 1664 Herman Large Lane in Sevierville, was charged April 7 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

James Edward Bullen, 31, of 964 Kyker Ferry Road in Kodak, was charged April 5 with a second count of DUI. He was being held.

Ashley Victoria Clark, 30, of Decatur, Ga., was charged April 6 with theft over $1,000 and possession of shoplifting tools. She was being held in lieu of $14,500 bond.

Christopher Lee Cooper, 40, of Clinton, was charged April 5 with theft over $1,000, altering registration and possession of shoplifting tools. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Elizabeth Crisp, 30, of Powell, Tenn., was charged April 7 with simple possession. She was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Porter Webb Fox, 80, of 2882 Mary Ridge Farm Road in Sevierville, was charged April 6 with unlawful sewage discharge. He was released.

Gary W. Francour, 65, of 4322 N. Pioneer Trail in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 5 with DUI. He was being held.

Siri Shantelle Hicks, 18, of Cherokee, N.C., was charged April 6 with encouraging delinquency of a child. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Benjamin Hsieh, 28, of 616 Turkey Nest Road in Gatlinburg, was charged April 5 with public intoxication. He was released on $500 bond.

Jackie Ray Johnson, 53, of 1013 Alpine Road in Seymour, was charged April 7 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Stacey Lee Kirwan, 39, of Clearmont, Fla., was charged April 6 with contempt of court. She was being held.

Micheal Kish, 24, of 2576 Derby Way in Sevierville, was charged April 6 with driving while revoked. He was released on $1,500 bond.

David William Lambert, 43, of 779 Ranch Way Road in Sevierville ,was charged April 5 with DUI. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Ronnie Joe Lundy, 59, of 1012 Old Sevierville Pike in Seymour, was charged April 4 with aggravated assault and two counts of vandalism. He was being held.

Daniel Leonard Magnus, 51, of Dandridge, was charged April 5 with driving without a license, DUI, violation of implied consent and open container. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Joel David Meier, 27, of Nashville, was charged April 5 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

Trenton T. Nesbitt, 29, of Powell, Tenn., was charged April 7 with unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, sale and delivery of a schedule II substance and two counts of simple possession. He was released.

Arthur J. O’Neill, 49, of Daina, Fla., was charged April 6 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Michael Joseph Piggush, 28, of Knoxville, was charged April 6 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Ralph David Price, 50, of 1170 Payne School Drive in Sevierville, was charged April 5 with habitual motor vehicle offender. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Justin Casey Savoy, 20, of 831 Goose Gap Road in Sevierville, was charged April 5 with theft. He was being held.

Douglas Henry Singer, 22, of Charles City, Va., was charged April 5 with harassment and two counts of violation of an order of protection. He was being held.

Donald Eugene Stover 39, of 338 Baskins Creek in Gatlinburg, was charged April 5 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Donalfino Vasquez, 39, of 160 Murrell Meadows in Sevierville, was charged April 6 with public intoxication. He was released on $250 bond.

Jon Gregson Welch, 67, of Tracy, Calif., was charged April 4 with DUI and violation of implied consent. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Zipporah Jean Williams, 34, of Decatur, Ga., was charged April 6 with theft of property over $1,000 and possession of shoplifting tools. She was being held in lieu of $11,500 bond.

Haley Renee Wolfe, 25, of 2576 Derby Way in Sevierville, was charged April 6 with carrying a prohibited weapon. She was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Charles Richard Ziser, 33, of Newport, was charged April 6 with violation of probation. He was released.
