Arrests March 5, 2013

Jaime Ramon Avila-Munguia, 33, of 144 Panther Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged March 2 with aggravated domestic assault and two counts of aggravated assault. He was being held.

Ashley Blevins, 20, of 2012 Valley Way in Sevierville, was charged March 3 with two counts of criminal trespass. She was being held in lieu of $1,0000 bond.

Jesse Matthew Brooks, 26, of Big Stone Gap, Va., was charged March 2 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Jamison Ray Catlett, 26, of 4130 Byrds Crossing Road in Sevierville, was charged March 4 with robbery and theft. He was being held.

Zacre Tyler Cross, 24, of 2319 Old Newport Highway in Sevierville, was charged March 3 with theft of property. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Brian Ty Davis, 18, of 810 Clark St. in Seymour, was charged March 2 with driving on a suspended license. He was released on $500 bond.

David S. Dexter, 31, of Cincinnati, was charged March 3 with domestic assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of vandalism. He was released on $17,000 bond.

Amanda Ruth Floyd, 30, of 1664 Moon Hollow Road in Sevierville, was charged March 3 with misdemeanor perjury. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Jessie Nicole Leath, 26, of 619 Haggard Drive in Sevierville, was charged March 4 with public intoxication. She was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

Jose Armand Matute, 41, of 722 Hatcher Circle in Pigeon Forge, was charged March 3 with driving on a suspended license. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Phillip Alexander McWilliams, 32, of 126 Reagan Branch Road in Seymour, was charged March 4 with disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Jonathan Blair Moser, 20, of Maryville, was charged March 2 with possession of a schedule VI substance for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Ernest Leon Ogle, 37, of 733 Ellis Ogle Road in Gatlinburg, was charged March 3 with violation of an order granting bail. He was being held.

Jordan Dale Ottinger, 23, of Dandridge, was charged March 2 with possession of a schedule VI substance for resale, possession of a schedule II substance for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Brian David Potter, 21, of Maryville, was charged March 2 with possession of a marijuana with intent to resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Jarred Pritchett, 30, of 3918 Dollys Drive in Sevierville, was charged March 2 with driving on a revoked license. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Jeffrey Jared Rivas, 21, of 1619 Middle Court in Sevierville, was charged March 2 with DUI. He was released on $2,000 bond.

William A. Smith, 64, of Trion, Ga., was charged March 3 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $18,000 bond.

Amber Desiree Stump, 24, of 801 W. Main St. in Sevierville ,was charged march 3 with domestic assault. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Jason Earl Suttles, 31, of 2080 Ogle Road in Gatlinburg, was charged March 3 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Ashley Marie Valentine, 24, of Knoxville, was charged March 3 with a warrant from general sessions court. Shew as being held.

Gordon York, 22, of Summerville, S.C., was charged March 3 with possession with intent to go armed.
