Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Kristy Renee Allen, 39, of 1165 Blue Bonnett Drive in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 18 with theft of property worth $10,000 to $50,000. She was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Jeremy L. Carter, 23, of Westmoreland, Tenn., was charged Feb. 18 with theft. He was being held.

Jesse French, 27, of Dandridge, was charged Feb. 18 with aggravated burglary and theft over $500. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Amber M. Frost, 26, of 3136 Glen Huskey Road in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 19 with a fourth count of DUI. She was being held.

Nina Pauline Holman, 43, of Dandridge, was charged Feb. 18 with writing a worthless check She was released on $750 bond.

Joyce Ann Metcalf, 55, of 124 Roaring Fork Road in Gatlinburg, was charged Feb. 18 with theft of property worth $1,000 to $10,000. She was released on $6,000 bond.

John B. Mick, 33, of Houltonille, Maine, was charged Feb. 18 with theft. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Cynthia Paige Patmore, 19, of 259 Asheville Highway in Strawberry Plains, was charged Feb. 18 with aggravated burglary. She was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Kenny Ray Prewitt, 43, of 782 Reagan Springs Road in Seymour, was charged Feb. 18 with domestic assault. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Michael Louis Ramsey, 35, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 18 with vandalism and possession of burglary tools. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Donna Boggs Rawlings, 44, of Knoxville, was charged Feb. 18 with vandalism. She was released on $1,500 bond.

David Ray Richards, 37, of 960 Hicks Way in Seymour, was charged Feb. 18 with vandalism. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

James Edward Sizemore Jr., 39, of 711 Posty Way in Sevierville, was charged Feb. 18 with theft of property worth $1,000 to $10,000. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Quince Lee Terry, 42, of 717 Harbor Meadow in Kodak, was charged Feb.. 19 with habitual motor vehicle offender, financial responsibility law and no head lights. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Peter Yelle, 23, of 745 Tuckahoe View Trail in Kodak, was charged Feb. 18 with theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.
