Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Robert L. Briscoe, 57, of Fairfield, Ohio, was charged Dec. 3 with being a fugitive from justice and criminal trespass. He was being held.

Larry Spencer Burchfield, 33, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 2 with evading arrest. He was being held.

John Paul Edes, 59, of 3066 Nuns Cove Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 2 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $250 bond.

Taylor Tullos Helton, 22, of 2069 Grand Vista Drive in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 2 with DUI. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Sherry Henry, 46, of Dayton, Ohio, was charged Dec. 2 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

Mark Jason Hoffsis, 38, of 3150 Hickory Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged Dec. 1 with driving while revoked, a fourth count of DUI, habitual motor vehicle offender, violation of implied consent law and leaving the scene of an accident. He was being held.

Timothy D. Johnson, 23, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 2 with felony failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

Frances Marie Lindsay, 36, of Knoxville, was charged Dec. 2 with a third count of violation of probation. She was being held.

Shane David Tegetmeir, 25, of 120 East Loop Road in Sevierville, was charged Dec. 2 with aggravated robbery. He was being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.

Barry G. Williams, 34, of Concord, Ga., was charged Dec. 3 with violation of probation. He was being held.
