Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

u Joshua R. Belcher, 19, of 1508 Seagle Hollow Road, Sevierville, was charged April 15 with criminal trespassing and was released on $500 bond.

u James E. Carpenter, 34, of Knoxville was charged April 15 with public intoxication and was released on $500 bond.

u Billy Brent Etherton, 44, of 214 hazel Drive, Sevierville, was charged April 15 with DUI, implied consent and leaving the scene and was being held on $2,500 bond.

u Chad Alexander Furst, 25, of 293 Piney Road, Kodak, was charged April 15 with DUI second offense, unlawful possession of a weapon, impleid consent and failure to maintain lane and was being held without bond.

u Terry Lee Hunt, 37, of 3247 Sims Road, Sevierville, was charged April 15 with rape and was being held on $50,000 bond.

u Blake Edward Lane, 23, of 1633 Rebel Hill Drive, Sevierville, was charged April 15 with DUI and was released without bond.

u James J. Moore, 35, of 1003 Arrowhead Drive, Newport, was charged April 15 with four counts of theft of property and was being held on $2,000 bond.

u Julie Alison Ogle, 36, of 2005 Infinity Lane, Sevierville, was charged April 15 with violation of probation and was released without bond

Rodney Dewayne Plumley, 52, of Cleveland, Tenn. was charged April 15 with failure to appear on charges of assault, simple possession and resisting arrest and was being held without bond.

u Johnny Edward Porter, 51, of 2609 Round Top Road, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 15 with shoplifting first offense and was released without bond.

u Mitzi Jean Stout, 32, of 126 Murrell Meadows No. 9, Sevierville, was charged April 16 with public intoxication and was being held without bond.

u Ashley Leah Wells, 24, of Talbott was being held for violation of probation.
