Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jose Bomegas, 27, of 633 Ridge Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 24 with public intoxication. He was released on $500 bond.

Rene Conterras Calderon, 29, of 304 Grassy Meadow Lane in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 24 with public intoxication. He was released on $500 bond.

Jeremy L. Gray, 19, of 785 Sugarloaf Lane in Seymour, was charged Oct. 24 with underage consumption. He was being held.

Clarissa Dawn Holder, 25, of Jefferson City, Tenn., was charged Oct. 24 with domestic assault. She was released on $1,500 bond.

David Scott King, 53, of 326 Pickle St. in Pigeon Forge, was charged Oct. 24 with a fourth count of DUI. He was being held.

Elkin Lemus-Sabillon, 18, of 1386 Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 25 with no license, accident resulting in damage to vehicle, reckless driving and financial responsibility law. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Jamie Carla Lively, 30, of Lake City, Tenn., was charged Oct. 24 with two counts of violation of probation. She was being held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

David Lee Parr, 26, of 843 Lee Circle in Sevierville, was arrested Oct. 24 on a warrant from Davidson County.

Charles Rose, 33, of 111 Nichols Apt. 10 in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 24 with DUI, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Ethan Trentham, 18, of 160 Murrell Meadows Drive in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 24 with possession of drugs in a school zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $1,200 bond.
