Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jani Nikki Akers, 41, of 764 N. Country Lane in Kodak, was charged Oct. 22 with public intoxication. She was released on $250 bond.

David Edward Chamblee, 23, of Newport, was charged Oct. 22 with two counts of aggravated burglary. He was being held in lieu of $40,000 bond.

Larry Christopher Ferguson, 27, of 613 Pine Knob Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Oct. 22 with possession of marijuana and two counts of aggravated burglary. He was being held in lieu of $1,200 bond.

Daniel Garcia, 26, of Talbott, Tenn., was charged Oct. 22 with driving while revoked. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Larry Christopher Johnson, 40, of 764 N. Country Lane in Kodak, was charged Oct. 22 with aggravated burglary and driving on a suspended license. He was being held in lieu of $17,000 bond.

Terry Lynn Johnson, 57, of Knoxville, was charged Oct. 22 with driving on a suspended license. He was released.

Ashleigh Joann Loposser, 20, of 515 Sugar Loaf Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 23 with coercion of a witness. She was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Ulra Winfred McCollum, 60, of 4267 Tatem Marr Way in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 22 with possession of a schedule II substance and possession of a schedule IV substance. He was released on $22,000 bond.

Kirk Allen Nielson, 58, of 1750 Moon Court in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 22 with being a fugitive from justice. He was being held.

Anthony Dale Sharp, 53, of 217 Winding Ridge Trail in Seymour, was charged Oct. 22 with DUI and violation of implied consent law. He was being held.

Kenneth Eugene Walker, 47, of 312 Huseky Drive lot 21 in Seymour, was charged Oct. 22 with driving after revocation. He was released on $1,000 bond.
