Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jamie Scott Baker, 40, of 247 Delta Way, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 10 with aggravated burglary. He was being held.

Dennis Lee Devaney, 53, of Sweetwater, Tenn., was charged Oct. 11 with DUI, speeding and other traffic violations. He was released on a $500 bond.

Wendy Lynn Hudgins, 45, of 1035 Indian Gap Road, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 11 with driving on a suspended license. She was being held on a $750 bond.

Jeremy Seth Lowe, 25, of 122 South Blvd. 2, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 10 with falsification of a drug test. He was being held.

Sandra E. Ogle, 34, of 2334 Newport Highway, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 10 with DUI (third offense). She was being held.

Bridget Lashae Parrott, 24, of Morristown, Tenn., was charged with violation of probation (second offense). She was being held.

Jonathan Patrick Puckett, 37, of 1009 South Knob Creek Road, Seymour, was charged Oct. 10 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Sharon K. Smallwood, 30, of 3203 Bativa Garden Court, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 10 with violation of probation. She was released on a $2,000 bond.

Serhiy V. Sokolov, of 1814 Walker Trail, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 11 with public intoxication. He was being held.

Gerson Misael Sosa, of 338 Reagan Drive, Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 10 with driving without license, speeding and violation of responsibility law. He was released on a $500 bond.

Donald Alan Storey, 21, of 1704 Walker Trail, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 10 with violation of probation. He was being held on a $1,000 bond.

Quintin Claude Sutton, 52, of 2759 Maple Crest Way, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 10 with violation of a valid court order. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

Toby Tyler Watson, 22, of 1744 Rauhuff Hollow Road, Sevierville, was charged Oct. 11 with violation of probation. He was being held.
