Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Charlotte Ann Bailey, 27, of 2825 Pride Lane in Strawberry Plains, was charged April 2 with violation of probation. She was being held.

David Wesley Brown, 30, of Knoxville, was charged April 2 with driving while revoked. He was released.

Cody Gerlad Hale, 22, of 3007 Hickory Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 2 with violation of bond restrictions. He was being held.

Phillip Lee Hammock, 42, of 652B Mill Creek Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 2 with violation of sex offender registration. He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Travis Lynn Hurst, 27, of 1430 Hurst Way in Sevierville, was charged April 2 with driving on a revoked license, theft of property and violation of probation. He was being held.

Duchess Lykes, 23, of Chattanooga, Tenn., was charged April 2 with theft over $1,000. She was being held in lieu of $4,500 bond.

Austin Delgado Mondragon, 24, of 3029 Jess Wilson Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged April 3 with DUI, no driver’s license, driving left of center, financial responsibility and open container. He was being held in lieu of $3,000 bond.

Elizabeth S. Nelson, 56, of Knoxville, was charged April 3 with simple possession and reckless endangerment. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Christopher Phillips, 21, of 2621 McCarter Lane in Sevierville, was charged April 2 with reckless endangerment. He was released.

Jeffrey Dan Prather, 24, of Townsend, was charged April 2 with violation of community corrections. He was being held.

Matthew Ralph Stallings, 38, of Knoxville, was charged April 2 with harassment. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Candace Lee Stevens, 26, of 109 Bobbie Way in Dandridge, was charged April 2 with violation of probation. She was released on $1,000 bond.

John Mark Taylor, 36, 234 Sycamore Lane in Gatlinburg, was charged April 3 with DUI. He was being held.

Wesley Glenn Teaster, 26, of 3104 Jake Headricks Drive in Sevierville, was charged April 2 with violation of probation and two counts of sale and delivery of marijuana. He was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Dustin Wayne Valentine, 29, of Knoxville, was charged April 2 with a warrant from general sessions court. He was released on $2,000 bond.
