Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

CORRECTION: A mistake in the March 6 publication of arrests incorrectly listed Stephen M. Ferreira with someone else's charges. The arrest report should have actually shown Darquetta Chinell Gilmore, 30, of Knoxville, charged March 4 with driving while revoked, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the window tint law instead of Ferreira, who was not charged. The Mountain Press regrets the error.

Kristina Noel Abshire, 24, of Economy Inn Pigeon Forge, was charged March 10 with a warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

Austin Tyler Ayers, 19, of 1444 Deer Meadows Road in Sevierville, was charged March 11 with DUI and violation of implied consent law. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Kenny C. Davis, 39, of 801 Central Ave. in Sevierville, was charged March 10 with failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Kristi Renee Fox, 44, of Knoxville, was charged March 10 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Jeffrey Cook Holmes, 34, of 3797 Thomas Cross Road in Sevierville, was charged March 10 with a warrant from Knox County. He was being held.

Lela Faye Knox, 57, of 639 Johnson Road in Kodak, was charged March 11 with sale and delivery of a schedule II substance. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

David Shane Loveday, 25, of Knoxville, was charged March 10 with theft of property worth $500 to $1,000 and violation of probation. He was being held.

George Albert Marler, 53, of 205 Ski Mountain Road in Gatlinburg, was charged March 10 with violation of probation, financial responsibility law, failure to obey traffic control device and driving on a revoked license. He was being held.

Michael Ray McGill, 28, of New Park, Fla., was charged March 10 with child support. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Kevin Paul Millsaps, 37, of Old Hickory, Tenn., was charged March 10 with child support and criminal impersonation. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Joshua Charles Moore, 36, of Newport, was charged March 11 with manufacture of meth. He was being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.

Jefferson Arnold Pierce, 34, of Cleveland, Tenn., was charged March 10 with two counts of violation of probation. He was being held.

Heriberto Rodriguez-Zuniga, 27, of 425 Rocky Top Way in Sevierville, was charged March 9 with domestic assault, felony vandalism and misdemeanor vandalism. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Kevin Douglas Sandberg, 37, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., was charged March 9 with child support. He was being held.

Jared Trent Severy, 19, of 366 East Parkway in Gatlinburg, was charged March 7 with bond revocation. He was being held.

Joseph Allen Shults, 29, of 241 Henderson Ave. in Sevierville, was charged March 8 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Brandon William Smelcer, 32, of 2479 Riverbend Loop Lot 24 in Pigeon Forge, was charged March 10 with failure to pay child support. He was being held in lieu of $1,700 bond.

Julia Ann Spencer, 19, of 647 Morning Mist Way in Gatlinburg, was charged March 10 with unlawful possession of a firearm. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Keith Allen Underwood, 40, of 749 Underwood Road in Kodak, was charged March 11 with sale or delivery of morphine. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Kevin T. Underwood, 42, of 749 Underwood Road in Kodak, was charged March 11 with sale of a schedule II substance. He was being held.

Linda Vernell Vandyke, 60, of 117 Hardin Lane in Sevierville, was charged March 9 with DUI. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Wendy R. Wiggins, 46, of 1804 Kerry Road in Sevierville, was charged March 10 with assault and public intoxication. She was released on $2,000 bond.
