Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

David E. Bowling, 45, of Old Douglas Dam Road in Sevierville, was charged May 6 with theft of property. He was being held.

Donald A. Brassell, 37, of 3220 Alton Drive in Kodak, was charged May 6 with a third count of DUI, driving on a revoked license, financial responsibility law, stop sign and seat belt law.

Harold Jason Fife Jr., 29, of Walland, Tenn., was charged May 7 with a warrant from Blount County. He was released.

Harold Wesley Fox, 45, of 638 Southern St. in Tellico Plains, was charged May 6 with failure to appear. HE was being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Richard Scott Goforth, 40, of 2837 Kim Court in Kodak, was charged May 6 with domestic assault. He was released on $500 bond.

Jamie Lavonne Grey, 32, of 224 River Bottom Road in Sevierville, was charged May 6 with forgery. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Darlene R. Hall, 51, of 2302 Henderson Springs in Pigeon forge, was charged May 6 with DUI, passing in a no passing zone and violation of financial responsibility law. She as released on $3,000 bond.

Ethan Dale Helton, 21, of 319 Ramsey Way in Sevierville, was charged May 6 with failure to appear. He was being held.

Charles D. LoPosser, 18, of 304 Seymour Heights Drive in Seymour, was charged May 7 with underage consumption. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Richard Benjamin Parton, 30, of 1240 King Branch Road in Sevierville, was charged May 6 with theft of gas and driving on a suspended. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Samuel William Russell, 34, of 544 East Parkway in Gatlinburg, was charged May 7 with a warrant from Blount County. He was released.

Rebecca Shepherd, 32, of Knoxville, was charged May 6 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Ashley Leeann Tomlinson, 28, of 905 park Road in Sevierville, was charged May 6 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Travis Wayne Whaley, 25, of Knoxville, was charged May 6 with failure to appear He was being held.
