Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

 Keith Allan Benefield, 42, of 2225 Big River Overlook Drive, Sevierville, was charged Nov. 20 with sale of oxycodone and was released without bond.

 Matthew James Brandenburg, 28, of 334 Ownby Circle, Gatlinburg, was charged Nov. 20 with possession of schedule II drugs and cruelty to animals and was being held without bond.

 Aaron Russell Causey, 24, of Knoxville was charged Nov. 21 with disorderly conduct and was released on $500 bond.

 Emily MacDonald Dumont, 26, of Knoxville was charged Nov. 20 with DUI and was being held without bond.

 Christopher Ryan Golan, 26, of 2755 King Hollow Road, Sevierville, was charged Nov. 21 with vandalism and disorderly conduct and was released on $1,500 bond.

 Alejan Hernandez-Martinez, 40, of 3105 Clintwood Way, Pigeon Forge, was charged Nov. 20 with DUI, suspended license, implied consent and financial responsibility law and was released on $3,000 bond.

 April Kaye Hughes, 34, of 1307 Walter Webb Apt. 80B, Sevierville, was being held for violation of probation.

 James David Mullinax, 64, of 2830 Florence Drive, Pigeon Forge, was charged Nov. 20 with worthless check $1,074 and was released on $500 bond.

 Jason Allen Nelk, 30, of 2864 Nuns Cove Road, Sevierville, was charged Nov. 20 with public intoxication and was being held on $250 bond.

 Britni Dawn Poland, 24, of 2903 Crest View Court, Sevierville, was charged Nov. 20 with vandalism and public intoxication and was being held on $2,500 bond.

 Charles Ivan Short Jr., 39, of 1026 Little Alpine Road, Seymour, was charged Nov. 20 with child abuse neglect and was released on $1,500 bond.
