Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Michael Wayne Baker, 38, of 912 Central Ave. in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 16 with theft. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Jospeh Barnard, 38, of 656 Glory Land Way in Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 16 with theft over $60,000. He was released on $30,000 bond.

Priscilla Ann Blackburn, 30, of 330 N. Circle Drive in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 16 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Noah Forest Elory, 21, of 150 John Green Road in Gatlinburg, was charged Jan. 16 with possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest and driving on a suspended license. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Angela Lynn Hatcher, 35, of 905 Park Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 16 with violation of probation and shoplifting. She was being held.

Kelly Lee Livesay, 31, of Russellville, Tenn., was charged Jan. 16 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Barry Dyllon Lynn, 20, of New Center, was charged Jan. 16 with violation of probation. He was being held.

David Lee Mills, 48, of 205 Buena Vista Drive in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 16 with domestic assault. He was released.

Timothy Parker, 38, of Gray, Tenn., was charged Jan. 17 with possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, two counts of aggravated assault, twpo counts of vandalism and two counts of reckless endangerment He was being held.

Anthony James Ramber, 31, of 2047 Walden Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 16 with violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Tessa Leann Sutton, 32, of 1741 Moon Court Lot B in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 16 with attempted delivery of a schedule II substance. She was being held.

Danielle Elisabeth Tataru, 27, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 16 with violation of probation. She was being held.

Ronnie Lee Watts, 23, of 841 McCampbell Way in Kodak, was charged Jan. 17 with violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
