Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Taylor Lee Akins, 25, of Maryville, was charged Jan. 12 with DUI, violation of implied consent and failure to activate headlights in inclement weather. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Taja Marie Etherton, 33, of Morristown, was charged Jan. 11 with violation of probation. She was released.

Miguel A. Garza, 29, of 611 Hawk Hollow in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 12 with theft. He was being held.

April Hall, 23, of 2301 Price Way in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 12 with theft. She was being held.

Phillip Lee Hancock, 42, of 652B Mill Creek in Pigeon Forge, was charged Jan. 10 with theft of property worth $10,000 to $50,000. He was released on $35,000 bond.

Jesse Scott Parton, 33, of Knoxville, was charged Jan. 11 with initiating the manufacture of meth, promotion of meth and tampering with evidence. He was being held.

Luke Randall Smiley, 21, of Walland, Tenn., was charged Jan. 11 with violation of an order of protection. He was being held.

Tracy Ann Smith, 34, of 1717 Jackson Ave. in Seymour, was charged Jan. 11 with tampering with evidence, initiation of meth manufacture and promotion of meth. She was being held in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Shana Arlene Standifer, 19, of 1516 Basswood Court in Sevierville, was charged Jan. 12 with shoplifting. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Leon Paul Woody, 26, of Dearing, Ga., was charged Jan. 12 with child abuse. He was being held.
