Arrests Sept. 18, 2013

Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Clint John Copenhaver, 24, of Townsend, was charged Sept. 16 with domestic assault, disorderly conduct, vandalism and public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $3,700 bond.

Athena Ann Greenlee, 44, of Knoxville, was charged Sept. 17 with public intoxication. She was being held.

Tiffany Lee Hamm, 31, of 1534 Indian Warpath Road in Sevierville, was charged Sept .16 with driving on a revoked license and violation of probation. She was being held.

TJ Holley, 38, of Chatsworth, Ga., was charged Sept. 16 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Theodore Allen Hunt, 40, of 2225 Parkway Box 199 in Pigeon forge, was charged Sept. 16 with intentional removal of GPS device, two counts of violation of sex offender registration and violation of probation. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Christopher Wade Lopez, 26, of 426 Ski Mountain Road Room 21 in Gatlinburg, was charged Sept. 17 with domestic assault and criminal impersonation. He was being held.

Christy Lynn Rhea, 42, of 943 Boyds Creek Road in Seymour, was charged Sept. 16 with a general sessions court warrant, theft of property, violation of pre trial bond and violation of probation. She was being held.

Randy A. Rose, 28, of 1328 Oldwest AJ Highway in Newport, was charged Sept .16 with two counts of violation of probation. He was released.

Sharon K. Smallwood, 30, of 3203 Bativa Garden Court in Sevierville, was charged Sept. 16 with failure to complete IPS. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Cory Switzer, 24, of 519 John Ellis Drive in Kodak, was charged Sept. 16 with aggravated burglary. He was being held.

Tiffany Autumn Turner, 24, of White Pine, Tenn., was charged Sept. 16 with violation of probation. She was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
