Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Joshua Aaron Beaudreau, 36, of 5198 Jones Cove Road in Cosby, was charged Nov. 11 with driving while revoked. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Cody Blassingame, 18, of 3906 Boogertown Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 31 with possession of paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Misty Ray Boland, 31, of 620 Clabo Way Apt. 6 in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 31 with violation of probation. She was being held in lieu of $6,500 bond.

Amy Sharlenne Elrod, 28, of Chatsworth, Ga., was charged Oct. 31 with being a fugitive from justice. She was being held.

Amos M. Frerichs, 30, of Vonore, Tenn., was charged Oct. 31 with violation of probation and two counts of theft. He was being held.

Griffin Eugene Hammond, 18, of 812 Berkay Lane in Seymour, was charged Oct. 31 with assault and vandalism. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Ronnie Lynn Helton, 40, of 390 East Parkway in Gatlinburg, was charged Nov. 1 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Stephanie Rachel Ramsey, 31, of 1148 Jama Drive in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 31 with violation of probation. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Robert Ray Shelton, 41, of Newport, was charged Oct. 31 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Charles Michael Shults, 27, of 446 Gists Creek Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 31 with two counts of criminal simulation. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Ronald Bryant Watters, 58, of Jonesbourgh, Tenn., was charged Oct. 31 with worthless checks. He was being held.

Vivian May Wolfenbarger, 51, of Corrington, Tenn., was charged Oct. 31 with theft. She was being held.
