Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Ronnie Wade Bright, 50, of 134 Wild Wood Way in Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 21 with violation of pretrial bond. He was being held.

Joseph Fredrick Elie, 23, of 1107 Daniel Drive in Seymour, was charged Oct. 21 with failure to appear. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Nathanael Joel Elmore, 31, of 746 Lee Circle in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 21 with violation of probation. He was being held.

John R. Hickman Jr., 42, of 1241 Cherokee Circle Drive in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 21 with DUI, violation of implied consent law and failure to render aid. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Phillip Troy Jordan, 44, of 650 White School Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 22 with domestic assault. He was being held.

Nicholas Lay, 26, of New Market, was charged Oct. 21 with driving on a revoked license. He was being held.

Shane Nelson Mitchell, 33, of 3241 Gold Dust in Pigeon Forge, was charged Oct. 22 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $1,800 bond.

Colin Piercy, 42, of 313 Circle Drive in Gatlinburg, was charged Oct. 21 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Daniel Wayne Pippin, 28, of Knoxville, was charged Oct. 22 with violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Javier Rentoria, 23, of 918 Candy Tuff Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 21 with failure to report for probation. He was being held.

Heahter Leann Schacke, 27, of Heiskell, Tenn., was charged Oct. 21 with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held.

Ricky Darrell Shular, 51, of 237 Rogers Lane in Sevierville ,was charged Oct. 21 with habitual motor vehicle offender, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving on a revoked license. He was being held in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Marshall McMahan Tipton, 38, of Marvyille, was charged Oct. 21 with a warrant from general sessions court. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
