Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

James B. Bowers, 28, of 2304 Waldens Creek in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 17 with a warrant from Anderson County. He was released.

Charles Douglas Elliott, 26, of Louisville, Tenn., was charged Oct. 17 with reckless driving and driving on a suspended license. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Angela Dawn Garner, 42, of 3023 Mutton Hollow Way in Kodak, was charged Oct. 18 with a misdemeanor warrant from general sessions court. She was being held.

Jamie Lavonne Grey, 33, of 224 River Bottom Road in Sevierville, was charged Oct 17 with forgery over $1,000. He was being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Jordan Paul Gaskett, 24, of 2786 English Hills Drive in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 17 with theft over $500. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.

Callie Maynard, 23, of Clevleand, was charged Oct. 17 with a warrant from Bradley County. She was being held.

Harold Peek, 47, of Livingston, Tenn., was charged Oct. 17 with shoplifting. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Tiffany Brooke Peek, 45, of Livingston, Tenn., was charged Oct. 17 with shoplifting. She was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Dominick Steven Rosa, 56, of 2410 River Bend Road in Pigeon Forge, was charged Oct. 18 attempt to commit aggravated robbery. He was being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Travis Royce Sloan, 23, of 3153 Tonya Drive in Sevierville, was charged Oct. 17 with violation of probation. He was being held.

David Anthony Teaster, 26, of 755 Scarlett Road in Dandridge, was charged Oct. 17 with two counts of shoplifting. He was being held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Charlotte R. Walker, 39, of 718 Deerberry Way in Kodak, was charged Oct. 17 with theft. She was being held.
