Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

John Stephen Antrican, 53, of Knoxville was charged April 6 with theft of property $500-$1,000 and two counts of theft of property and was released on $5,000 bond.

Ashton Bennett, 23, of 2828 Whaley Way, Kodak, was charged April 5 with possession of schedule II methadone tablets and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on $1,500 bond.

Joseph Adam Boone, 33, of 407 east gate Road, Sevierville, was charged April 7 with reckless driving and evading arrest and was released on $2,500 bond.

Shawn Odis Brackins, 36, of 4177 S. King Branch Road, Sevierville, was being held on a court warrant.

Jessie Wade Bright, 31, of 459 Asbury Drive, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 7 with contempt of court/failure to appear, failure to pay child support and possession of drug paraphernalia and was being held on $4,000 bond.

Vincent Michael Burditt, 30, of 226 Grace lake Circle, Sevierville, was charged April 7 with suspended license and speeding and was being held without bond.

Jimmy Doyle Cupples, 32, of 1103 Powder Springs Road, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with resisting arrest and evading arrest and was being held on $3,500 bond.

Gregory Ryan Day, 24, of 622 Admiral Farragut Drive, Seymour, was charged April 5 with DUI and was released without bond.

Roderick Dane Dixon, 31, of 829 W. Gold Dust, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 7 with manufacturing meth, child endangerment and possession of schedule VI drugs for resale and was being held without bond.

Vernon Edney, 33, of 230 Red Bud Lane, Sevierville, was charged Aril 8 with possession of schedule II drugs and promotion of meth and was being held without bond.

Joanna Elizabeth Gasperson, 46, of 230 Litton Drive, Seymour, was charged April 5 with fradulent use and was released on $3,500 bond.

William Ryiley Gentry, 29, of 1064 Berry Trail Drive, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with DUI and was released on $1,500 bond.

James Michael Gilley, 21, of Knoxville was charged April 6 with DUI and was released on $1,500 bond.

Jason Daniel Helmuth, 29, of 103 Pine Mountain, Pigeon Forge, was being held on a misdemeanor warrant.

Johnathan M. Hurst, 28, of 984 Eslinger Court, Kodak, was being held on $750 bond on a court warrant.

Harley Marie Jackson, 22, of 829 West Gold Dust Drive, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 7 with manufacturing meth, child endagerment and possession of schedule VI drugs for resale and was being held without bond.

Tracey Lonnie Justus, 40, of 2344 Big River Overlook, Sevierville, was charged April 7 with possession of schedule I drugs and aggravated burglary and was being held on $25,000 bond.

Harlan Edward King, 34, of 2017 Mtn Spring Way, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with DUI and was released on $2,500 bond.

Tommy Arthur King, 44, of 206 Alexandria St., Sevierville, was charged April 6 with suspended license and financial responsibility law and was released on $1,500 bond.

Jonathan Ryan Lewis, 28, of 2709 Roberts Way, Kodak, was charged April 7 with especially aggravated exploitation of a minor, unawful photographing and tampering with evidence and was being held on $75,000 bond.

Justin Alden Loveday, 29, of 440 Pleana Lane, Kodak, was charged April 8 with violation of probation and possession of schedule II and IV drugs and was being held without bond.

Tina Ann McBee, 44, of 1034 Pullin Road, Sevierville, was charged April 5 with suspended license and was released on $1,500 bond.

Kayla Leora McComas, 24, of 4254 Dellinger Hollow Road, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 6 with violation of probation and was released without bond.

Nathan Eugene Mead, 28, of 1970 Newport Highway, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with burglary and was released on $5,000 bond.

Leann Moody, 28, of 1103 Powder Springs Road, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with evading arrest and suspended license and was being held on $2,500 bond.

Tiffany Elaine Parslow, 23, of 626 Sugarloaf Road, Sevierville, was being held for second violation of probation.

Gerald Dewayne Poe, 41, of Flenford, Ohio, was charged Aril 7 with public intoxiocation and was released on $250 bond.

Danny Lee Reed, 42, of 562 Mill Creek, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 5 with assault and resisting arrest and was being held without bond.

Jonathan Phillip Richens, 27, of 211 Boyds Creek Highway April A-2, Seymour, was charged April 7 with public intoxication and resisting arrest and as being held on $1,000 bond.

Roger Craig Schaffner, 32, of 302 Hollywood Circle, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with DUI and was released on $1,000 bond.

Marcus Tyrone Smith, 33, of 224 River Bottom Drive, Sevierville, was charged April 7 with domestic assault, possession of marijuana and vandalism $500-$1,000 and was released on $3,000 bond.

Teddy Gene Smith, 45, of Clintwood Trailer Park No. 90, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 5 with theft over $1,000 and was released on $1,000 bond.

Michael S. Stidham, 42, of 526 Academy Drive, Seymour, was charged April 5 with two counts of worthless checks and was released on $1,000 bond.

Rafael Enrique Turcios, 43, of Gatlinburg was charged April 5 with domestic assault and was released on $2,000 bond.

John Dale Upton, 39, of 835 Graves Delozier Road, Sevierville, was charged April 6 with DUI second offense, implied consent law, suspended license and open container law and was being held without bond.

Joel Gomez Ventura, 24, of 14 West Paine St., Sevierville, was charged April 6 with public intoxication and was released on $500 bond.

Jackie Rusty Whaley, 31, of 2828 Whaley Way, Kodak, was charged April 5 with urglary, possesison of schedule II and III drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools and was released on $5,000 bond.

Robert Trent Wright, 30, of 1664 Kildee Lane, Sevierville, was charged April 5 with three counts of reckless endangerment, DUI, implied consent, driving without a license and financial responsibility law and was being held on $5,000 bond.
