Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Pamela Alders, 34, of White Pine was charged April 5 with promotion of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and was being held without bond.

Johnny Joe Atchley, 42, of 521 Belle Ave., Sevierville, was charged April 4 with public intoxication and was released without bond.

Jerry Wayne Benton, 54, of 2213 Henderson Springs, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 4 with violation of probation and was released without bond.

Elizabeth Christina Berrier, 33, of 1305 Smoky Crossing, Seymour, was charged April 4 with violation of probation prescription fraud and was being held without bond.

Tarren Dewayne Cate, 21, of 1304 Harrison Creek Road, Sevierville, was charged April 4 with violation of probation and was released without bond.

Theodore Collett, 49, of 1733 Cedar Drive, Sevierville, was charged April 5 with promotion of methamphetamine and was being held on $10,000 bond.

Cheryl Lynne Dexter, 65, of 3620 Family Circus Way, Kodak, was charged April 5 with promotion of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and was being held without bond.

Jeremy L. Gray, 18, of 785 Sugarloaf Lane, Seymourm, was charged April 4 with underage consumption and was released on $750 bond.

Shelena Hamilton, 24, of Sevierville (no address listed) was being held fror Knox County authorities on a worthless check charge.

Marvin Rosales, 29, of 3029 Jess Wilson, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 5 with two counts of DUI, suspended license and failure to maintain control and was being held without bond. Cody Dewayne Swiney, 22, of Soddy Daisy was being held for second violation of probation.

Keith Eric Wilson, 38, oƒ Greeneville was charged April 4 with two counts of burglary, theft, two counts of vandalism and leaving the scene and was being held without bond.

Khristopher James Wise, 44, of 3334 Jill Way, Kodak, was charged April 5 with manufacturing meth, promotion of meth, DUI and implied consent and was being held without bond.
