Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Jimmy Curtis Ballew, 36, of Mascot, Tenn. was charged April 3 with theft and was being held without bond.

Matthew D. Bolton, 36, of 247 A2 Spring Valley Road, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 4 with third DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of spring assisted knife, implied consent law, revoked license and helmet law and was being held without bond.

Christopher Allen Bretz, 19, of 3347 Manis Road, Sevierville, was charged April 4 with domestic assault and was being held without bond.

Jeremy L. Gray, 18, of 785 Sugarloaf Lane, Seymour, was charged April 4 with underage consumption and was being held without bond.

Eric Allen Jett, 22, of Germantown, Ky. was charged April 4 with public intoxication and was released on $250 bond.

William Austin Jordan, 19, of 2349 McCleary Road, Seymour, was charged April 4 with underage consumption and was released on $1,250 bond.

Brandy Nicole Lovin, 31, of Knoxville was charged April 3 with two counts of theft and failing to show for probation meeting and was being held without bond.

Jeremy K. Pursley, 36, of 1265 Allensville Road, Sevierville, was charged April 3 with sale and delivery of schedule VI drugs, light law and financial responsibility law and was released on $5,000 bond.

Michelle Sawyer, 46, of Canton, N.C. was charged April 3 with theft of services and was being held without bond.

Steven Nuno Vitorino, 34, of 2469 Creekside Drive, Sevierville, was charged Aril 3 with two counts of possession of schedule II drugs and was being held without bond.

Holly Ann White, 39, of 426 Mill Creek Road, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 3 with violation of probation, burglary and theft over $1,000 and was being held without bond.

Joel Wayne Williams, 20, of 604 Newcomb Drive, Sevierville, was charged April 4 with DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was being held on $2,000 bond.

John Ray Williams, 21, of 2804 Cherry Ridge Way, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 3 with aggravated burglary, theft of property $10,000-$50,000, possession of burglary tools, evading arrest, criminal trespass, bringing contraband into the jail and theft over $1,000 and was being held on $35,000 bond.
