Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Zacre Tyler Cross, 24, of 2319 Old Newport Highway, Sevierville, was charged April 2 with theft over $1,000 and aggravated burglary and was being held on $15,000 bond.

Staci Michelle Flynn, 24, of 2352 Bluff Heights Road, Sevierville, was charged Aoril 2 with violation of probation and was released on $1,000 bond

Jessie Nicolette Gabel, 21, of 725 Ridge Road, Sevierville, was charged April 2 with suspended license, expired registration and financial responsibility law and was released without bond.

Gary Preston Hilley, 41, of 3019 Jess Wilson Road N. 3, Pigeon Forge, was charged April 2 with three counts of theft of property and was being held on $1,500 bond.

Chassidy Leeann Kimbrough, 32, of 1479 Breeden Branch Road, Sevierville, was being held on a General Sessions Court warrant.

Steven Dewayne Lawson, 22, of 117 Mary Lee Drive, Seymour, was charged April 2 with aggravated assault and vandalism and was released on $3,500 bond.

Summer Rayan Lawson, 20, of 117 mary Lee Drive, Seymour, was charged April 2 with aggravated assault and vandalism and was released on $3,500 bond.

Richard Thomas Lynam, 35, of 2640 Douglas Dam Road, Sevierville, was charged April 2 with sale of schedule II drugs and was being held without bond.

Katie Jean Miller, 24, of 1048 Bull Hill Road, Sevierville, was charged April 2 with theft over $1,000 and was being held on $3,000 bond.

Alexander Nelson, 22, of 432 Ski Mountain Road, Gatlinburg, was being held on a General Sessions Court warrant.

Ernest Hal Ownby, 42, of 1619 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, was charged April 2 with sale of schedule II drugs and was being held without bond.

Hoyle Mitchell Terry, 48, of 1998 Tranquility Hills, Sevierville, was charged April 3 with theft of services and was being held without bond.
