Editor’s Note: The following information was taken from the intake reports at the Sevier County Jail. All people listed within this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Steve Carryl Bennett, 54, of Knoxville, was charged Aug. 22 with domestic assault and violation of bond restrictions. He was being held.

Traci L. Dowdy, 42, of Lafollette, Tenn., was charged Aug. 22 with filing a false report and theft of $1,000 to $10,000. She was being held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

James Robert Evans, 31, of Lenoir City, Tenn., was charged Aug. 22 with a warrant from Loudon County. He was being held.

Hubert R. Fritts, 51, of Jellico, Tenn., was charged Aug. 22 with evading arrest, speeding, theft of $1,000 to $10,000, and being a fugitive from justice. He was being held.

Anthony Dustin Hall, 29, of 734 Morningside Drive in Sevierville, was charged Aug. 22 with domestic assault and violation of an order of protection. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Salina Jo Haynes, 19, of 944 Chrishaven Drive in Seymour, was charged Aug. 23 with theft of property. She was being held.

Kimberly Gail Hinton, 35, of 279 W. Mount Road in Kodak, was charged Aug. 22 with fraud. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Edward Chris Huskey, 51, of 923 LeConte View Way in Kodak, was charged Aug. 22 with public intoxication. He was being held in lieu of $500 bond.

Thomas Jospeh Leach, 38, of 2788 Windfall Estates Drive in Sevierville, was charged Aug. 22 with failure to obey anti rabies law and 12 counts of animal cruelty. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Jimmy Leith Martell-Barahona, 34, of 17 Circle Drive in Pigeon Forge, was charged Aug. 22 with driving without a license and driving without insurance. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Joshua Collier McCain, 35, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged Aug. 22 with driving on a suspended license. He was being held.

Zachariah Ellis Moore, 19, of 3219 Boomer Way in Cosby, was charged Aug. 22 with filing a false report, financial responsibility, speeding, reckless endangerment, evading arrest and felony evading. he was being held in lieu of $4,000 bond.

Ephraim James Nielson, 21, of 3135 Fortenberry Road Lot 14 in Kodak, was charged Aug. 22 with violation of probation. He was being held.

Rod Allen Qualls, 46, of 757 River Road in Kodak, was charged Aug. 22 with simple possession of marijuana. He was released on $500 bond.

James Summers, 22, of Newport, was charged Aug. 23 with theft over $1,000. He was being held.
